Humanitarian Crises

In case of an emergency, we normally get a lot of emails, and we kindly ask you not to apply for volunteers tasks and jobs in the hour’s just after a huge humanitarian crisis occur as we normally will be heavily engaged taking care of our duties and for this reason the response time can be a bit longer.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We do follow the EU and Danish law regarding taking care of our information and documents, which is also noted in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you’re in Asia, you need to contact the local Station Chief available in the countries we operate.

At the office in Copenhagen, we cannot help you with evacuation unless you are employed or a volunteer in our organization.

In this case, contact the local station manager. If you are an employee or volunteer, see this in your employee’s manual on page 1.
